BASIC REQUIREMENTS OF MEMBERSHIP
By holding an account at this message board, you are agreeing that you meet all of the following conditions...
• Are at least 18 years of age, or whatever age you need to be in your state/province to view adult material legally.
• Do not find adult material objectionable, anti-social or unacceptable in any way.
• Accept that the nature of the material inside can be sensitive and controversial in places.
• Are not here with the intent to cause trouble or behave in an anti-social or otherwise destructive manner.
If you do not meet all of these conditions, then you are not permitted to hold or use an account at this message board.
The rules stated below are a compulsory requirement of your membership at ocmb.org. They have been brought into force through the wishes of the majority of members here, or in accordance with government legislation in applicable regions. The administration at ocmb.org reserves the right to append to, and/or alter these rulings as they see fit. You will be told of any such additions and/or alterations if and when they are made, however, it is not the place of the administration to bring these rules to your attention, it is your place to read them and obey them. Nor is it our fault if any disciplinary action is taken against your account through you violating these rules, it is your's for breaking them. These rules explain for the most part what the majority of you will probably think of as being common sense, and for the most part, they will promote a flame free and pleasant environment in which we can all enjoy our sexual lifestyles. If you do not agree to these rules, then you are not permitted to hold or use an account at this message board. DEFINITIONS USED THROUGHOUT THIS POLICY
'Multimedia' - Defined as video, image and audio data.
'Media' - A single article of Multimedia.
'Animals' - Includes birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians and any other vertibrates.
'Textual Material' - Includes stories, written debate, polls and other material represented solely by written language. LIMITS AND CENSORSHIP
The foundation of our community is based upon freedom of expression, however, our presence on the internet is regulated by governing law, and our continued ability to offer the services we do requires that we operate within the limits that such law sets forth. In addition to this, we wish to promote a civilised community, through which sexual diversity can be presented in a sophisticated manner. Therefore, there are limits as to what can and can not be posted or discussed here. As follows...
1) The posting of multimedia depicting animals being abused or mistreated is forbidden anywhere on the Ocmb. The reason for this, is that the distribution, publication and enactment of these activities is illegal. Textual material of this nature can be discussed in private forums only, however, the advertisment/trading of media containing such depictions cannot be conducted through the Ocmb.
2) The posting of multimedia depicting roadkill is permitted in topical private areas of the message board, on the provision that no animal is shown being injured or mistreated therein or that events prior to the creation of the media were not pre-meditated, as per condition 2 above. Also note that the posting of multimedia depicting so called "human roadkill" is considered vulger and distastefull by this message board and is hence forbidden.
3) The posting of multimedia featuring real/non-consential violence is not permitted at the Ocmb. Excessive violence; such as that likely to scar, or to otherwise have permanent physiological effects is also forbidden, whether consensual or not.
4) When posting links to locations or resources not administered by the Ocmb, you subsequently affirm that whatever may be stored/found there conforms to the regulations in this section, any links that do not, will be removed upon discovery.
5) We are an international community, brought together by a common cause, that common cause is sexual diversity, thus, any posting that indiscriminately attacks people on the basis of race, nationality, gender, age or religion is not permitted. There are many websites elsewhere on the internet that cater to such needs, please take your grudges there.
6) Humour doesn't provide a get out clause where equality is concerned, thus, jokes made in good spirit in topical areas are excluded from regulation 5 above.
7) The posting of rape, beastiality and child pornography material is not permitted at the Ocmb, details will be logged and if substantial enough, will be forwarded to the relevant law enforement agencies.
8) The posting of "warez", is not permitted at the Ocmb, this includes mp3s and applications that are licensed in a way that forbids such distribution.
The administration of the Ocmb reserve the right to extend and/or limit the extent of the regulations in this section on a circumstantial basis where they may apply to less of, or more of a degree, but will always default to ere on the side of caution than liberty. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
It is immensely difficult to regulate the distribution of copyrighted property online, but it is especially difficult in an industry such as adult entertainment, where such distribution can be healthy for producers, and opinions among producers vary from extreme to extreme: it's simply impossible to determine what who wants on what basis, thus the following regulations attempt to find common ground to suit everybody...
1) Members are permitted to post a "reasonable" amount of material that they don't own to the forums, at a "reasonable" frequency, but the posting of full material sets/collections is forbidden.
2) If a site/producer is listed in boldface italic below, then no material owned by them may be posted to the forums, the site in question may not be discussed at the Ocmb, and links from the Ocmb to the site in question will be automatically disabled. Sites/producers listed in the table below have specifically requested that their websites be censored at the Ocmb, this essentially safe guards their property, but we do not consider such absolution to be in community interests and hence it comes at the expense of sacrificing free advertisement and custom here.crush - fetish . com

stryderman . com(Pending Review) 3) If you are a site owner/producer and you find what you consider to be an "unreasonable" amount of material posted at the Ocmb, then please accept our sincerest of apologies. You should contact us as soon as possible at admin@ocmb.org and bring this to our attention so that we may resolve the situation amicably. Please do not flame post in the forums or consult members directly concering their posting habits, regular members do not have the ability to administer their posts and any such flame posts will be treated in the same fashion as regular flame posts.

5) You acknowledge that upon submitting a post to the Ocmb without a copyright statement, you are effectively submitting its content to the public domain, you acknowledge that you do not have the right to request the removal of such posts and that the Ocmb Administration will in most cases deny such a request unless the circumstances are "exceptional". Should you wish to retain such control over a certain post, you should place a copyright statement at its conclusion that follows the format ' Copyright YEAR, Username '. Please note that this is a "courtesy" and is not legally binding.
6) Please be aware that the abuse of regulation 5 above and the "courtesy" it provides will not be tolerated, we reserve the right to remove posts at our discretion that we feel do not warrant the protection of this courtesy, or do not otherwise represent any meaningful intellectual property of the author. e.g. a well written formatted fictional story that the author has clearly invested a great deal of time into making would qualify, as would a well written article on fetishism in industrial society, a 100 line unformatted account of a woman dangling her shoes at the bus stop would not, likewise with general chit-chat/small talk.
7) Webmasters upon posting their copyrighted material to this board systemetically affirm that the Ocmb has a limited license to display it for non-commercial purposes at ANY url on the domain name "ocmb.net". This regulation will come into force on the 1st December 2004, before this time, should any webmaster with existing multimedia on the domain name "ocmb.net" wish to decline acceptance of these terms and conditions, they should contact an administrator immediately. Failure to contact us prior to this date shall be construed an acceptance of these terms and conditions in full. POSTING HABITS, GENERAL PROVISIONS
1) Please try to combine multiple posts into a single thread where possible.
2) Please try to keep your posts on topic, for the forum that they are posted in.
3) If you view an older thread on a later page in a forum and wish to reply to it, then please make sure that you have something worthwhile to contribute to the discussion. We welcome responses to older threads if the content of the response is genuinely for the sake of the subject in question, but will frown duely upon those who respond trivially.
4) You will not flame your fellow members or the Administration of the board in the forums for any reasons. Any flames should carried out either by Private Message or in the Flame Pit. The administration of the board are a democratic authority, but that does not authorise you to take advantage.
5) Members who wish to advertise on this message board, should advertise in the Site News/Updates forum. Adverts by such members will be moved to the forum in question if they do not abide by this condition, repeated violation of this condition, will result in that member's account being frozen. Note that there is a clear difference between "Contribution" and "Advertising" with respects to posting multimedia. Posting poor/preview quality multimedia that is obviously intended to entice members away from the Ocmb whilst linking back to a paysite constitutes and will be regarded/treated as advertising spam.
6) Member signatures are limited to a maxiumum absolute width and height of 520 by 380, this applies to all elements of the signature(e.g. text AND images) combined. If your signature does not comply with this(even by 1 pixel), we will ask you to amend it, if you do not, then we will amend it for you.
7) Inline images(i.e. use of the HTML 'img' tag or the VBCODE '[IMG]' tag) in posts are limited to a maximum width of 520 pixels, if the image does not comply with this, please text link to the img, or use the attachment system to attach the image to your post. Failure to comply with this will lead to your post being modified or removed at a moderator's discretion. PRIVILEGES AND ABILITIES
Our community is sustained by contribution, as such contribution is awarded with privileges, these privleges can be acquired through various means, although not all of these means are considered acceptable. The following rules outline what is and is not acceptable as well as how certain privileges can be obtained...
1) Members who spam the forum: i.e. post very short, clearly insincere messages to the board solely to increase postcount and obtain a privilege, will be banned without warning, all of your posts will be deleted, your account will be closed and you'll receive no notice of this... You have been warned, don't try us...
2) Your right to obtain certain free privileges is dependant upon three things. Firstly, how long you've been a member here, secondly, how many posts you've made, and thirdly, the quality of your posts.
3) Access to the message board's premium features(Cinema, Browse, Clipstore, Gallery) are awarded to members with a minimum of 100 posts. Please note that this user promotion isn't instant and runs on a timed schedule, every hour. Please be patient...
